FnF Collects is a trading card and collectibles business based in the Middle East, with our first retail store located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We specialize in sports cards, trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, memorabilia, accessories, live breaks, mystery packs, and related hobby products.

2. Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing from FnF Collects, you confirm that:

Product colors, appearance, and details may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, or manufacturer differences.
Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
FnF Collects reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct listing errors, or cancel orders where necessary.
Trading cards and collectibles may have manufacturing imperfections, print lines, surface marks, centering issues, corner wear, edge wear, factory defects, or other imperfections that are outside of our control.
4. Card Condition and Graded Cards
Raw cards are sold based on our best visual assessment, but we do not guarantee any specific grade from third party grading companies.
Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the grading company shown on the slab.
FnF Collects is not responsible for changes in grading standards, grading opinions, slab condition preferences, or future crossover or regrade results.
Customers are encouraged to review all photos, descriptions, and details before purchasing.
5. Sealed Products
Sealed products are sold as received from manufacturers, distributors, or trusted suppliers.
FnF Collects is not responsible for:
Manufacturer defects
Missing hits
Damaged cards inside sealed products
Poor collation
Pack odds not being met
Changes in market value after purchase
Factory packaging issues outside of our control
Once a sealed product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the item.
6. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and successful payment.
Payment must be completed before orders are processed, shipped, or reserved.
Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer, Shopify supported payment providers, or other approved payment methods.
FnF Collects reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
Pricing errors
Inventory errors
Suspected fraud
Payment issues
Incorrect customer information
Abuse of promotions
Unauthorized resale activity
Violation of these Terms
If FnF Collects cancels an order after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
7. Live Breaks, Team Breaks, and Group Breaks
By purchasing into a live break, team break, box break, case break, player break, number break, or any similar format, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a spot, team, player, number, or assigned position in the break.
The contents of sealed products are unknown before opening.
No specific card, player, team, hit, autograph, memorabilia card, value, or outcome is guaranteed unless clearly stated before purchase.
All break formats, rules, assignments, and product details will be disclosed before the break begins.
Once a break spot is purchased, the sale is final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
All cards or items will be distributed according to the stated break format.
If a team, player, or spot receives no cards from the break, the customer may not be entitled to compensation unless otherwise stated before the break.
FnF Collects reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel a break if necessary due to technical issues, payment issues, product availability, platform issues, or other circumstances.
8. Mystery Packs, Mystery Boxes, and Randomized Products
By purchasing mystery packs, mystery boxes, repacks, surprise packs, or any randomized product, you understand and agree that:
Outcomes vary from pack to pack.
You may receive an item valued lower, equal to, or higher than the purchase price.
No specific card, player, team, value, grade, or item is guaranteed unless clearly stated.
Any stated floor, ceiling, average value, chase item, or product breakdown is based on our good faith estimate at the time of creation.
Market values may change after purchase.
All possible outcomes and key details will be disclosed where required.
Once purchased or opened, mystery products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
FnF Collects will always aim to operate mystery products and randomized formats with fairness, transparency, and integrity.
9. Giveaways and Promotions
From time to time, FnF Collects may offer giveaways, raffles, buyer appreciation gifts, discount codes, or promotional campaigns.
Giveaways and promotions are offered as promotional benefits and do not guarantee any purchase outcome.
Eligibility rules, entry methods, prize details, and deadlines will be stated where applicable.
FnF Collects reserves the right to modify, cancel, or disqualify entries from any promotion if abuse, fraud, or rule violations are suspected.
Giveaway prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

Grading outcomes
Player performance
Product performance
Long term collectability
Collectibles may rise or fall in value, and customers purchase at their own discretion.
11. Shipping and Delivery
FnF Collects ships within the UAE and to selected international locations.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout where available.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, operational delays, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
FnF Collects is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping provider.
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered, FnF Collects is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers should contact the shipping provider directly for delivery disputes, missing packages, or courier claims.
12. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other destination country fees unless otherwise stated.
FnF Collects is not responsible for customs delays, rejected imports, additional customs requirements, or fees charged by the destination country.
If an international shipment is returned due to unpaid customs charges, refused delivery, or incorrect shipping information, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related charges.
13. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, live breaks, mystery products, and limited items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Market value changes
Unsatisfactory pulls
Manufacturer defects
Opened sealed products
Live break results
Mystery pack or mystery box outcomes
Grading expectations
Minor condition differences on raw cards
Delayed shipments caused by couriers or customs
Exceptions may only be made if:
The wrong item was shipped
An item was missing from your order due to our error
A refund is required under applicable UAE law
For incorrect or missing items, customers must contact FnF Collects within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, order details, and packaging evidence.
FnF Collects reserves the right to review all claims before approving any resolution.
14. Pre Orders
Pre order products are subject to manufacturer release dates, supplier availability, allocation changes, and shipping timelines.
Release dates may change without notice.
If a supplier reduces allocation or a product becomes unavailable, FnF Collects reserves the right to:
Adjust order quantities
Cancel affected orders
Offer store credit
Issue refunds where applicable
Pre order cancellations are not guaranteed and may be declined once the order has been placed with a supplier.
15. Store Credit, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Store credit, discount codes, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Store credit and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
FnF Collects reserves the right to cancel discounts or promotions if abuse or misuse is suspected.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, images, graphics, text, videos, designs, product photography, and other materials created by FnF Collects are the property of FnF Collects or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.
All third party trademarks, including sports leagues, teams, athletes, trading card brands, Pokémon, Yu Gi Oh, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, manufacturers, and related properties belong to their respective owners.
FnF Collects is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third party trademark owner unless explicitly stated.
17. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission

Commit fraud or payment abuse

Third party grading outcomes
Courier delays or losses

Our maximum liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
19. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect and use customer information only as necessary for order processing, payment handling, shipping, customer support, marketing where permitted, fraud prevention, and business operations.
We do not sell customer personal information.
Customer information may be shared with trusted third parties where necessary for payment processing, shipping, website hosting, legal compliance, or order fulfillment.

FnF Collects shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control.
