How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer both Standard and Priority shipping options.

Do you offer free delivery?

We currently don't offer free shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar. International rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.

How long does it take to get my cards?

Orders within Dubai are usually delivered the next 2-3 working days. Expect delivery within 5–8 working days outside Dubai. International orders take a bit longer depending on the destination.

Can I just pick up my order?

Absolutely. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. Your order will usually be ready within 1 hour. You can swing by and grab your hits at our store:

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely through Ziina and Stripe. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and other supported payment methods available at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes, every transaction is encrypted and processed through trusted gateways. Think of it like putting your rarest card into a PSA slab — safe and sealed.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No, we don’t accept COD. All online orders must be prepaid securely before we pack and ship them out.

Can I pay in AED or other currencies?

Our store charges in AED. If you’re shopping internationally, your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion automatically.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return cards or wax if I change my mind?

Because of the collectible nature of sports cards and TCGs, and how fast market values change, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items.

What if my package gets damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the product, the shipping box, and the shipping label. Send them to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll look into it for a replacement or refund if approved.

Can I cancel an order before it ships?

Yes, you may request a cancellation before shipping, but a 6% fee applies to cover the non-refundable payment processor charges.

Is your stuff real?

100% authentic. Whether it's sports wax, TCG products, or raw singles, we only source from trusted distributors. No fakes, no reseals, no proxies, no nonsense.

Do you ever sell resealed boxes?

Never. All of our sealed wax and boxes are factory fresh and untouched.

How do you pack and store raw singles?

We treat your cards like our own. Raw singles are always stored and shipped properly protected in penny sleeves and top loaders. Graded cards are kept safe in their slabs and secure cases.
